Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform General Accounting Duties. 
  • Assist in Accounts payables and accounts receivables as required. 
  • Assisting in the payment processing. 
  • Assisting in the bank relationships and ongoing compliance requirements. 
  • Managing bank transactions and reconciliations. 
  • Responsible of the revenue cycle. 
  • Responsible of the intercompany recharging. 
  • Responsible in the upkeep of the Fixed Assets Register. 
  • Responsible VAT Return preparation and submission. 
  • Responsible for the preparation of month-end reporting and management accounts. 
  • Assist in the Budgeting process and on-going monitoring. 
  • Assist in yearly Audit procedures. 
  • Assist the rest of the Finance Team as required. 
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar roles. 
  • In possession of Diploma in Accounting or is in the process of completing an Accounting Qualification such as ACCA. 
  • Competency in Ms Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software. 
  • Accuracy and attention to details. 
  • Aptitude for numbers. 
  • Well organized, flexible and a team player. 
  • Willingness to learn on the job and manage their own processes.


Nice to have

  • Experience with Sage accounting software.
