Eeze strengthens senior leadership team with key internal promotions

Eeze has announced a series of senior leadership appointments as it continues to scale its operations and strengthen key areas of the business.

As part of this evolution, the company has repositioned its HR function into a broader People Function, reflecting an increased focus on culture, employee experience, and organisational development. Leading this function, Aarti Carl has been appointed Chief People Officer, where she will drive people strategy and support Eeze’s next phase of growth.

Further strengthening the executive team, Kurt Vella has been named Chief Legal Officer, taking responsibility for the company’s global legal and compliance strategy as it continues to expand across regulated markets.

In addition, Shaun Cini has been promoted to Vice President of Finance, where he will continue to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and financial planning across the business.

These appointments mark an important step in Eeze’s ongoing growth journey, reinforcing its commitment to developing internal talent and building a leadership team equipped to support long-term success.
