Studio Technician

Job Description

Studio Technician will be responsible to ensure the proper functioning of all studio equipment and propose technical solutions to improve the gaming floor – product quality.

The ideal candidate shall regularly monitor all technical materials, request needed tools to make sure that company’s standards are always in place.

Responsibilities

Act promptly to analyse and repair on any technical issues that happen in the gaming floor.
Proactively assist, plan, and propose technical solutions to improve the quality of our gaming products.
Install and monitor studio hardware (Cameras, Lighting, Cables, Audio systems) and any other related infrastructure.
Follow the studio maintenance procedures.
Regularly report on situations and issues encountered during the shift by using a ticketing system and creating shift reports to the Line Manager.
Carry out any other duties that might be required from time to time according to the company’s exigencies.

Requirements

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems and strong carpentry skills to address any structural issues in the gaming floor.
Comprehensive command of maintenance procedures and techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
